Our Fermentation Systems can be used for growing a wide variety of cell types: microbes, yeast and fungi, as well as mammalian, insect and plant cell lines.
Double jacket vessels are available for mammalian cell culture.

Load Proportion: 65-80% of total volume, 70% optimum
Material: Vessel body is made of borosilicate glass to guarantee of resistance to high temp ,excellent corrosion resistance,top lid and thermostatic control . It meets fermentation technical requirement and mechanical sealed . And it equipped with air intake sterilization filter and exhaust condenser

Optional function:dosing material weighing ,tank weighing ,air flow automatic control,tank pressure detection,pure oxygen feeding bypass ,the REDOX potential on-line detection ,alcohol/methanol content online detection and control ,exhaust gas ,O2,CO2 on line detection,automatic sterilization function,automatic cleaning function tank cap automatically rising -lowering .
The integrated control board measures the whole sensor values and control the fermentor system based on the measured values. The whole procedures and monitored data are graphically displayed in the 8.5" color LCD screen and all the control parameters can be modified in the graphic mode.
This system can be designed for the individual process requirements to apply the system from lab scale for the basic research, up to pilot scale for test production in the mass production company.
